An advance deposit of $100 per month reserved is required. Cancellation with in 14 days of arrival forfeits the first night at rack rate plus tax. Any cancellations before that will be charge a $15 fee. There is a $25 phone fee per month for unlimited local, calling card, collect, and operator assisted calls. Long distance is metered per minute at an additional charge. Housekeeping service is provided once a week.
